BETWEEN 24-7 TEMP PERSONNEL SERVICES
AND

The word PERSONNEL as used in the following conditions shall mean any person or subcontractor provided by 24-7 TEMP Personnel Services for temporary or contractual employment by its clients.
1. The client shall have the full and sole responsibility for ascertaining the suitability, qualifications, character and sobriety of any Personnel supplied by 24-7 TEMP for the specific work or services to be performed, prior to assigning work to a 24-7 TEMP employee.
2. The client will be responsible for the direct or indirect supervision, direction or control of any 24-7 TEMP personnel during the performance of any work or services for himself/herself.
3. It is understood and agreed that the client shall provide personnel with a copy of their health and safety policies and emergency plans.
4. It is understood and agreed that the employees supplied by 24-7 TEMP will not be entrusted with the handling of money, securities, valuable or negotiable documents, etc… except at the sole risk of the client.
5. The client undertakes and agrees to indemnify and save 24-7 TEMP harmless from any and all claims against it arising from any alleged responsibility for any acts or omissions by any personnel employed by the client, not withstanding any provisions of law imposing or seeming to impose any such responsibility upon 24-7 TEMP.
6. The 24-7 TEMP employee is compensated on a weekly basis. Therefore, we (the client) will be billed weekly. Payment will be due upon receipt of the invoice. We (the client) will
be billed for the hours shown on the front side of this time ticket or any agreed upon time card/master time sheet, at the agreed upon rate. Overtime hours will be billed at one and one half times the straight time billing rate.
7. It is understood and agreed that should the client decide to offer a 24-7 TEMP employee a full time position, that the client will continue to use that employee through 24-7 TEMP
on a 12 week trial basis, after which time there will be no further charge when placed on the client’s staff.
8. It is understood and agreed that should any personnel sustain a workplace injury while on assignment with the client, that the client shall administer emergency first aid where applicable.
