What We Offer
BENEFITS are available with clients that have formed partnerships with 24-7 TEMP.
All team members working for these clients on a long term basis will have the option to
obtain our benefit package consisting of dental and medical coverage.
SAME DAY PAY is available to all team members that work for only 1 or 2 days
when required on short term notice.
WHIMIS TRAINING is not mandatory to re-train team members every year but 24-7 TEMP
recommends all team members to take a refresher course every 2 years. Team members
can take this course through 24-7 TEMP online at their convenience.
SAFETY SHOES will be supplied to all long term team members annually.
DIRECT DEPOSIT is available and all team members will get paid weekly with an
additional 4% vacation pay. Any team members that require to be paid by cheque will
have their cheque delivered to their place of work, mailed or picked up at our office.
SHUTTLE VANS are available to all team members that are unable to take transit to certain
locations required. 24-7 TEMP’s unique transportation system is supplied with qualified
“F Licence” drivers. These vehicles are also available to any team member that may be
experiencing any type of emergency situation.
