What We Offer
BENEFITS are available with clients that have formed partnerships with 24-7 Temp. All assignment employees working for these clients on a long term basis will have the option to obtain our benefit package consisting of dental and medical coverage.
SAME DAY PAY is available to all assignment employees that work for only 1 or 2 days when required on short term notice.
WHMIS TRAINING is not mandatory to re-train assignment employees every year but 24-7 Temp recommends all assignment employees to take a refresher course every 2 years. Assignment employees can take this course through 24-7 Temp online at their convenience.
SAFETY SHOES will be supplied to all long term assignment employees annually.
DIRECT DEPOSIT is available and all assignment employees will get paid weekly with an additional 4% vacation pay. Any assignment employees paid by cheque will have their cheque delievered to their workplace, mailed or can be picked up at our office.
SHUTTLE VANS are available to all assignment employees that are unable to take transit to certain locations required. 24-7 Temp’s unique transportation system is supplied with qualified “F Licence” drivers. These vehicles are also available to any assignment employee that may be experiencing any type of emergency situation.
